AI for mental health — developed by professionals, for professionals. With the only requirement that matters in healthcare: trust.
aidX AG was founded with a clear conviction: AI in healthcare only works if it operates at the professional level of its users — and if data protection is not a matter of compromise.
mentalhealthGPT developed based on real-world clinical and counseling experience. Our founder, Dr. Peter Wildhaber, combines psychological training, systemic counseling experience, and deep expertise in AI—and this background shapes every decision we make.
The result is a tool that speaks the language of psychotherapy professionals— while technically safeguarding clients’ privacy.
AI tools for professionals must operate at the level of professionals. No generic answers, no "hallucinated" expertise.
Data protection is not added as an afterthought—it is the foundation of the system. Zero-knowledge is not a marketing term, but a technical reality.
Developed in Switzerland for Swiss and international practices. Legally compliant, precise, reliable.
aidX brings together experts from the fields of clinical psychology, software architecture, data science, and IT security.
Peter Wildhaber combines his training in psychology, his experience in systemic counseling, and his research on complex, self-organizing systems with AI—he is pursuing his Ph.D. at ETH Zurich. This intersection gave rise to aidX: not as a technology project, but as a response to real-world needs arising from clinical practice and demanding counseling contexts.
"Most AI tools understand therapy in theory. We understand it in practice."
Specializing in secure system architecture, zero-knowledge protocols, and WebAuthn.
Fine-tuning language models to psychiatric terminology and documentation standards.
Psychologist/therapist — ensures that the AI reflects clinical reality.
Dr. Peter Wildhaber works with a small number of select organizations, leaders, and experts in the fields of Mental Health, healthcare, and complex consulting and decision-making contexts.
The collaboration takes the form of selected advisory engagements and strategic support.
The focus is on strategic issues at the intersection of artificial intelligence, psychological practice, and complex decision-making processes.
The work combines psychological training, systemic consulting practice, business experience, and the development of AI systems—with the aim of providing expert guidance on complex practical, leadership, and technology issues.
