Zoom Integration

1. In mentalhealthGPT , open mentalhealthGPT "Audio & Transcripts" section and select the "Zoom Recording" tab under "Input Method" — alternatively, click "New Session" in a case file and select "Zoom Recording"
2. Click "Connect Zoom Account"
3. You will be redirected to Zoom — please sign in and confirm the requested permissions
4. After authorization, you will automatically be redirected mentalhealthGPT to mentalhealthGPT
5. The status shows "Connected ✓" — Your Zoom account is now mentalhealthGPT to mentalhealthGPT

On the "Zoom Recording" tab (see Step 1), create a meeting:

1. Start the session by clicking "Join →" — the Zoom meeting will open, and mentalhealthGPT to the recording tab
2. As soon as you start the meeting as the host, mentalhealthGPT activates mentalhealthGPT . Zoom displays a visible notification to all participants that meeting content is being shared via an app
3. The transcription is happening live with
4. End: End the Zoom meeting in Zoom — the transcription will then stop automatically. Alternatively, click "Stop Recording" in the app; this will only stop the recording, not the Zoom meeting.
5. After the meeting, you will find the full transcript in the dossier

1. Open the "Zoom Recording" tab again (under "Audio & Transcripts")
2. Click "Disconnect"
3. mentalhealthGPT immediately mentalhealthGPT the Zoom token and deletes all login credentials

Existing transcripts in the file will remain — only the Zoom access will be removed.
