Create reports, certificates, medical certificates, and applications—or upload your own documents and save them as context within the file. Everything is pseudonymized and encrypted.

Three Ways to Document

Create a report

mentalhealthGPT drafts for official reports and forms directly from the case file content—progress reports, brief medical certificates, applications, or statements.

  1. Open the "Documents" tab in the folder
  2. Select the "Reports" tab
  3. Select report type — e.g., progress report, medical certificate, brief statement, or application
  4. mentalhealthGPT a draft based on the sessions, notes, and uploaded documents in the file
  5. Review and edit the draft — you retain full control over the text
  6. Export the report or process it directly

💡 Custom Templates: Support for custom report templates is in the works. If you need a specific format, please feel free to contact us.

Upload document

Preliminary documentation, assessments, previous reports—uploaded documents are available in the dossier for reference. Personal data is pseudonymized in the process.

  1. Open the "Documents" tab in the folder
  2. Select the "Files" tab and click "Upload File"
  3. mentalhealthGPT the text and suggests personal data for pseudonymization
  4. Review the suggestions and confirm the pseudonymization
  5. The document will then be available as encrypted content in the dossier

🔒 The original document is deleted after processing. Only the pseudonymized, encrypted content remains in the file.

Write notes

Your own observations, professional assessments, or personal impressions—anything the microphone doesn't pick up should be noted in the file.

  1. Open the "Notes" tab in the dossier
  2. Click "New Note"
  3. Enter observations, impressions, or assessments—e.g., body language, mood, treatment considerations
  4. Save note — it will be stored in the dossier with end-to-end encryption

This information applies to documents in the dossier. Documents in the context library are not personally identifiable and are not pseudonymized.

Original files are deleted after processing. Only the pseudonymized, encrypted content is stored.

Personal data is identified and pseudonymized before being stored. You decide which data to replace.

All content is encrypted using AES-256-GCM. Without your personal key, the data is unreadable to anyone—including our technical staff.

All data is processed and stored in Switzerland. mentalhealthGPT designed to meet the requirements of the nDSG and GDPR.

What file formats are supported for uploads?

PDF, Word documents (.docx), and text files (.txt) are supported. For other formats, we recommend converting them to PDF first.

What happens to the original document after it is uploaded?

The original document is deleted after processing. Only the pseudonymized, encrypted content remains in the file. It is not possible to restore the original.

Can I use my own report templates?

Support for custom templates is currently in development. At this time, only predefined report types are available. Please contact us directly with any requests regarding specific formats.

Are documents in the context library also pseudonymized?

No. Documents in the Context Library are not personally identifiable—they contain therapeutic methods, protocols, or professional guidelines, not client information. Pseudonymization is neither intended nor required in this context.

Are the documentation features designed to comply with the nDSG and GDPR?

Yes. All data is processed and stored in Switzerland. The zero-knowledge architecture and pseudonymization before storage ensure that only you have access to your encrypted content. For more information, see Privacy & Security.
