Frequently asked questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Practical answers for everyday life — not a marketing FAQ.

Do I have to record every session?

No, but it’s recommended. The more session audio included in the file, the more accurately the AI can reflect the actual course of events. Individual sessions work — but the full value is realized across multiple sessions.

Which audio formats are supported?

What happens to the audio files after transcription?

How long does a transcription take?

The transcription itself is quick: typically 1–3 minutes for a 50-minute session. The subsequent speaker recognition runs as a separate step and can take an additional 10–15 minutes — the model analyzes the entire recording, and the speed depends on the device. Both steps run in the background, and the app remains fully usable during this time.

Can I upload existing documents?

Yes. In the Documents section, you can upload PDFs, Word files, and text documents. These are indexed and made available to the AI as context — ideal for preliminary documentation, reports, and assessments.

Is my data protected in compliance with the GDPR and the nDSG?

Ja. Weitere Informationen: Datenschutz & Sicherheit.
